Payment Method
Please note that rental fees vary depending on the vehicle model. Any additional charge due to changes in the rental duration or conditions will be settled at the time of return.
Coverage Plan
The Lite Plan, which covers third-party liability only, is mandatory. We also offer the Premium Plan, which includes the Lite Plan plus rental vehicle damage coverage.
Fuel Charges
If the car is returned without a full tank of gas, you will be charged a fuel fee of ¥250 per liter, along with the service fee of ¥3,300 (tax included).
Reservation Changes and Cancellations
Please be advised that refunds will not be issued if the required documentation for driving in Japan is not provided at the time of pick-up.
