Payment Details
The total rental cost may include the following:
1. Rental Fee
- Based on rental duration and selected vehicle.
2. Insurance - CDW (Collision Damage Waiver)
- Required for customers without a Japanese passport.
- Optional for those with a Japanese passport.
- Covers third-party property damage, but not damage to the rental car itself.
- Pricing: Refer to the specific vehicle page.
3. NOC (Non-Operation Charge)
- A fee charged if the car is damaged or in an accident, to cover loss of business during repairs or inspections. Insurance usually does not cover this.

Insurance
CDW (Collision Damage Waiver)
- Mandatory if you do not have a Japanese passport.
- Optional if you do have a Japanese passport.
Fuel Charges
- Cars must be returned with a full tank.
- If not, a fuel charge of ¥250/liter will be applied, plus a ¥3,300 service fee (tax included).
Reservation Changes & Cancellations
❗No refunds will be provided if valid driving documents (e.g., license or permit) are missing at pickup.
