💰 Refundable Deposit

• To ensure a smooth rental process, all customers are required to pay a refundable deposit of JPY 50,000 (GT-R R35 & RX7 & LC500 & GT-R R32: JPY 200,000) in-store at the time of vehicle pickup.

• It is normally released approximately 10 business days after return, depending on your card issuer.

⏰ Punctuality

• Please arrive on time.

• If you are more than 30 minutes late without notifying us (Email or Instagram DM), your booking will be cancelled without refund.

📄 Required Documents

• We will require your original physical driver’s license, passport, and International Driving Permit (IDP) or Certified Japanese Translation.

• We do not accept digital versions or copies of any documents.

• If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

• If you do not bring valid and legal identification, or if the International Driving Permit (IDP) / Japanese Translation you bring is incorrect or invalid, we will not provide a refund.

• If you would like to confirm whether your IDP is the valid and accepted type, please refer to this website: International Driver's License Required in Japan.

🪪 Rental Requirements

• To rent a vehicle, you must be at least 23 years old and hold a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years.

• The minimum age is 26 years old for GT-R R35, RX-7, LC500, GT-R R32, and S2000.

• If you do not meet the required age and driving experience criteria, your reservation will be cancelled and no refund will be issued. Please make sure to confirm these conditions in advance.

🏪 Pickup & Return

• Pickup and return are available only during OnlyJDM Car Rental Tokyo North Store business hours (10 AM–6:30 PM).

• Late returns are charged at JPY 6,600 (tax included) per 30 minutes. Vehicle returns outside of business hours (10:00 am – 6:30 pm) are not accepted under any circumstances. After the shop closes, any vehicle that has not been returned on the same day will automatically have the rental period extended until the vehicle is returned. The Lessee will be responsible for all additional rental fees incurred due to the extension. Furthermore, an additional compensation fee will be charged for any subsequent reservations that must be canceled as a result of the unreturned vehicle. The compensation amount will be equal to the value of the affected reservation(s).

☔ Cancellation Policy

• Weather conditions do not qualify for free cancellation.

⚠️ Driving Suitability

• If our staff determines at pickup that you are not suitable to drive the reserved vehicle (including but not limited to repeated engine stalls, improper operation or aggressive driving tendencies), your reservation will be cancelled without refund.

• We may offer alternative models depending on availability, but specific models cannot be guaranteed.

👶 Child Seat

• If you selected the child seat, please contact us after placing your booking and provide the child’s age and weight. This information is needed to confirm whether the selected vehicle is compatible with a child seat.

🚘 Vehicle Regulations

• Our vehicles are equipped with GPS devices and drive recorders that record both the interior and exterior of the vehicle.

• Track driving, participation in races and reckless driving are strictly prohibited. These activities may trigger the alarm.

• Vehicle condition may vary from photographs (new damages, scratches or deterioration).

📏 Mileage Limit

• Our service includes a mileage limit of 200 km per 24 hours.

• Each additional kilometer is charged at JPY 55 (tax included) per kilometer.

• For GT-R R35, RX7, LC500, Supra A80, GR Supra, and GT-R R32, each additional kilometer is charged at JPY 165 (tax included) per kilometer.

💳 Payment

• Payment must be made with a credit card in the name of the person renting the vehicle.

🚭 No Smoking

• Smoking in the car is strictly prohibited (including e-cigarettes).
