Information regarding the fees



Payment Method 

We only accept payments via credit card for all transactions. Our online

registration and reservation system allows for a smooth and efficient process,

from booking a car to completing your payment. This helps minimize time spent

at the rental desk when you pick up your vehicle. 

Please note that rental fees vary depending on the vehicle model. Any

additional charge due to changes in the rental duration or conditions will be

settled at the time of return.

Payment Details

The rental charges consist of the following:

• Rental fee (based on the rental duration)

• Insurance: depending on the car's grade and the plan - see the price on the car details

The lite plan covers third party property damage only, not the rental car itself.

The premium plan includes the lite plan and adds coverage for repair costs and non-operation charges if the rental vehicle is damaged. A compensation cap is set by vehicle grade. If actual damage exceed the compensation limit, our company will cover the remaining balance. 

 • NOC (non-operation charge): depending on the model

Fuel Charges

If the car is returned without a full tank of gas, you will be charged a fuel fee of ¥250 per litter, along with a refuelling service fee of ¥3,300 (tax included).

Reservation Changes and Cancellations

If you change or cancel your reservation, the following fees will apply:

• 7 days prior to rental: free of charge.                          

• 6 to 3 days prior to rental: 30% of the rental fee.        

• 2 days to the day before rental: 50% of the rental fee.

• On the day of rental: 100% of the rental fee.

Please be advised that refunds will not be issued if the required documentation for driving in Japan is not provided at the time of pick-up.
