- To ensure a smooth rental process, all customers are required to pay a refundable deposit of 50,000 yen in-store at the time of vehicle pickup. This deposit will be refunded on the date of vehicle return.
- Please be on time, if you arrive more than 30 minutes late without notice, the order may be cancelled without any refund.
- Our vehicles are equipped with GPS and drive recorders that captures both the interior and exterior of the vehicle.
- Driving on track, part-taking in racing activities and reckless driving is strictly Forbidden. These activities may trigger an alarm.
- Vehicle condition may vary from photographs. (new damages, scratches or deterioration).
- Renters must be at least 24 years old and have held a valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years.
- Our service includes a mileage limit of 200 km per 24 hours. Every extra costs 50 yen/km.
- Payment must be made with a credit card in the name of the person renting the vehicle. We do not accept debit cards or prepaid cards for payment.
- Smoking in the car is strictly prohibited (including e-cigarettes)
